By joining our waitlist or using Gus, you agree to these terms. Gus is currently in development and features may change before public release.
waitlist
Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to Gus. We will notify waitlist members when access becomes available. Waitlist position does not guarantee priority access.
local software
Gus is local-first software that runs on your machine. You are responsible for your own data and backups. We provide the software as-is and make no guarantees about uptime, compatibility, or fitness for any particular purpose.
intellectual property
Gus and its branding are property of Gus. Your project data remains yours. We claim no ownership over content you create or manage using Gus.
limitation of liability
Gus is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software or services. Use at your own risk.
